HOW CAN I MAKE A PURCHASE?

The process of an online purchase from the Oxette e-shop is very simple:

1. On each page you will see the Menu. There you can navigate to the product categories that interest you (e.g. necklaces, watches, rings, etc.)

2. After choosing the product you are interested in, press the "Add to cart" button. Once you have selected all the products you want, go to the cart icon that you will find in the upper right part of the page, and there you choose either “Checkout” if you want to proceed with the order, or Gotocart” to see your cart and make changes .

3. Having passed the "Checkout" stage, you will need to fill in all the fields required in the "Billing Details". Then, you choose the payment method you want, and if you have any comments about the delivery of the order or any other matter, write it in the "Order notes" field

4. After filling in all the required information, you must select the two boxes regarding the acceptance of the terms of use and the privacy policy, because otherwise the order cannot be completed. You press the "Send order" button, and you immediately receive a confirmation email that will write your order number along with all its details.

HOW CAN I SEND A GIFT TO ANOTHER RECIPIENT?

To send an Oxette gift to another recipient, follow this procedure:

1) You put the product in your cart and proceed to the checkout to complete your online order.

2) In the Billing Details field, fill in your details.

3) Click on the box that says "Send to another address", and in the fields that will appear, fill in the details of the recipient you want to receive the gift. Important: Since there is no field for the recipient's phone but it is necessary for delivery, you fill it in the last field called "Order Notes"

4) In the last field with "Order notes" you can write us anything you want, such as remarks about the courier or if you want the receipt to be sent only to you by email and not to go with the gift. Also, if you want us to put a card with a text, write it here.

5) You choose payment by card, PayPal or bank deposit as a payment method and complete your order.

HOW DO I MONITOR THE PROGRESS OF MY ORDER?

You can follow the progress of your order with the following procedure:

1) Once your order is complete, you will receive an email with your order tracking number. (Example: WF123456789GR)

2) Enter the ELTA Courier website by clicking here or by clicking on the link in the email you received, enter the shipping number and click on the Search button.

3) You see where your package is, and if you want you can contact the ELTA Courier store in your area for more information about the delivery.
