RETENTION PERIOD
The duration of retention of personal data depends on the purpose for which it was collected. General personal data (e.g. payment receipts/invoices containing name, address, telephone, purchase amount, VAT number, bank account, card number, DOU) are kept for 5 years after the completion of the purchase on the legal basis of the legal obligation of tax audits. Contact details for direct purposes marketing are kept for 4 years after the purchase or the most recent expression of interest in the Company's product or service.
The personal data of the online store are kept with the customer's consent until the account is deleted by him.
