You can leave a product for repair at any Oxette store, or send it to our Eshop.

Repair in store:

You can leave a product for repair at any Oxette store. The product will be sent to the repair department, and you will be informed of the cost and estimated repair time. Once the product is ready, you will be notified to come and collect it from the store. If there is a cost, you will pay it upon collection from the store.

Repair via Eshop:

To leave a repair via Eshop, the procedure is as follows:

1) Send the product via ELTA Courier with recipient's fee to the address you will find at the end of this page.

2) The product will be sent to the repair department, and you will be informed of the cost and estimated repair time.

3) We will send the product to your location with ELTA Courier. This shipment carries a charge of €3,5 for transport costs. Upon delivery of the new product, you will pay the courier the shipping costs (€3,5) + the repair costs (if any). If you do not want the shipment to be made via ELTA Courier, you can send the product to us with a courier of your choice and at your own expense, and then we will send it back to you free of charge.

In some cases repair is not possible (for example if there is no spare part available for your product or the metal cannot be repaired).
