RETURNS & CHANGES

You can return or exchange any product within 14 days from the date of receipt. Excluded are custom-made products created to order for the customer, such as products with engraving, which cannot be changed or refunded.

Change to store (Greece):

You can exchange for a product of equal or greater value in an Oxette store by returning the product together with the authenticity card or receipt. The monetary difference is paid in the store. Changes are only accepted in Oxette stores, and not at any point of sale. You can find out about the possibility of change by contacting either the store that serves you or the Eshop.

Change via Eshop (Greece):

To make a change via Eshop, the procedure is as follows:

1) Send the product via ELTA Courier with recipient's fee to the address you will find at the end of this page, or use the link "Returns with Box Now” to create your return with Box Now.

2) You choose a product of equal or greater value from our site and inform us of your choice either by email or in a note inside the package you are returning.

3) Once we receive the product you returned, we send you the new product. The new shipment is made with ELTA Courier and has a surcharge of €3,5, or with Box Now and has a surcharge of €2,5. Upon delivery of the new product, you will pay the shipping costs and the price difference of the products (if any). If you do not wish your return to be made via ELTA Courier or Box Now, you can send the product to us with a courier of your choice and at your own expense, and then we will send you the new product free of charge with one of the two options above.

Money return:

You can get a refund for online orders returned within 14 days via Eshop. Refunds cannot be made in a physical store. The refund process is as follows:

1) Send the product with a courier company of your choice at your own expense to the address you will find at the end of this page. If your return was made via Box Now from the link on our website, the shipping fee is €2,5 and is deducted from the amount that will be returned.

2) Once we receive and check that the product is in its original condition, the refund will be made. If you paid by card or PayPal, the refund will be made the same way you paid. If you paid by cash on delivery or deposit, the refund is made to your bank account within 14 days.

Changes / Refunds for orders outside Greece:

For returns / changes outside of Greece, you will have to send the product with a courier company of your choice, and you will bear the shipping costs. If you want to change with a new product, the new shipment is done with DHL and has a surcharge of €15 for Europe and €30 for countries outside Europe. If you wish to receive a refund, this will be done in the same way you paid, once we have received the product you are returning.

We advise you to send your returns by secure registered mail and always keep the tracking number of the package until we confirm its receipt. Oxette is not responsible for any loss or damage in transit of your returns. All products are your responsibility from the time you receive them until the time we receive the return.

All returns must be made in their original and complete packaging with authenticity cards, and the products must be in the exact original condition as you received them. All return products are inspected upon receipt.

In case you receive a defective product Oxette offers a full replacement with a new product or a refund. In this case please contact us in order to serve you.
