According to the Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any item within 14 days of receiving it. Custom-made products which are created for a specific customer, like products with engraving, are excluded and are not subject to any exchange or refund. Please note that all Returns must be in their original and full packaging, with the product authenticity cards, and the products must be exactly in the same condition that you received them. All the Returns are examined during the delivery.
Upon returning a product, you can either choose to replace it with a new product, or receive a refund via the way that you have made the payment. In case of special offers or sale purchases you retain your right for a refund or exchange with a product of similar value to your purchase, even after the end of the offer or sale.
For returns that happen after the end of the 14 days, OXETTE keeps the right to accept or decline them. In this case we will contact you and inform you accordingly.
As soon as we receive your return, we will examine the condition of the products and inform you of the delivery. In case you wish to receive a money return, OXETTE will refund the full amount of purchases into your account between 30 days from the date of delivery.
For every order you place you have the right to make only one return. Returns towards OXETTE are made with a courier of your choice, and you are charged with the shipping cost. If you choose another product as a replacement, OXETTE will send you the new product free of charge for orders delivered in Greece. For deliveries outside of Greece you will be charged with the shipping cost of the delivery, which you can see in the section “Delivery” of this website.
We advise you to make your Returns using secure registered delivery and always keep the post voucher until we inform you of the delivery. OXETTE is not responsible for any losses or damages during the shipping of your returns. All the products are under your full responsibility from the moment of delivery until the moment that we receive the Return. Choose a safe post packaging in order to avoid possible damages.
If you wish to make a return, please contact us at +30 2316 0 10000 (Customer Service, 9 am – 5 pm Greece local time) or through the contact form. For you own accommodation please include your order number and your full contact info. In case of an exchange please include also the code of the requested product.
In case of a false product, OXETTE will offer an exchange with a new product. In this case please contact us in order to arrange a free of charge return post for your item.
